Note

Leftover avocado and egg toast can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. To maintain the best quality, it's recommended to store the avocado mash and the cooked egg separately. When ready to eat, reheat the toast in a toaster or toaster oven, and assemble it with the mashed avocado and egg. Note that the texture of the avocado may change slightly after refrigeration.
