During my pregnancy, I had some serious morning sickness. And by morning sickness, I mean all-day sickness. The only thing I could stomach was this Youthful Yogurt Parfait. It's light, refreshing and easy on the tummy. Plus, it's so pretty, it's almost like eating a piece of art. Almost.

Looking for a light and refreshing breakfast? Look no further than our Youthful Yogurt Parfait. It's a delightful mix of creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh mixed berries. It's a breakfast that's as beautiful as it is delicious!

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  1. Mix Chia Seeds with Yogurt until fully mixed in

  2. Layer 1/3 of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of a glass or jar

  3. Add a layer of 1/3 of the granola and 1/3 of the berries

  4. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up

  5. Dig in and enjoy this refreshing and healthy breakfast
